These terms govern your use of Goralbet. By accessing the site you agree to them. Goralbet is an independent comparison and review publisher — we don't accept deposits, run games or hold customer funds. If you need to gamble responsibly, the resources at the foot of every page can help.

What this site is
Goralbet publishes reviews, odds comparisons, predictions and other editorial about online betting and casino operators. We are not a bookmaker, casino, nor an agent of any operator. When you follow an outbound link you leave Goralbet and become a customer of the destination operator, governed by their terms.
Eligibility
You must be at least 18 years old to use this site. The age-verification gate must be cleared on every device. We block access from jurisdictions where online betting is illegal at the network level, but you remain responsible for confirming that the operator you choose can legally serve you.
Affiliate disclosure
Many outbound links to operators are affiliate links. We may earn a commission when you sign up or deposit with an operator we cover. The amount differs between operators. Our editorial scores, rankings and "best odds" badges are computed before commercial terms are factored in — the commission table is reviewed only by our business team and never reaches the editorial group. Accuracy and warranties
Odds, bonuses, payment methods and operator features change frequently. We refresh live odds every ~30 minutes and re-validate editorial reviews each quarter, but we cannot guarantee that every figure on the page is the latest available at the operator. Information is provided "as is". Verify the figure on the operator's own site before placing a bet.
User-generated content
If you have an account you can post community reviews and predictions. By posting you confirm the content is yours, lawful and not defamatory; you grant Goralbet a non-exclusive licence to display it. We may moderate, edit or remove user content that breaches these terms or the law.
Account suspension
We may suspend or close an account that abuses the platform — bot traffic, attempted fraud against an operator postback, harassment of other users, repeated copyright complaints. We will notify you by email and explain the reason where we are legally allowed to.
Liability
Goralbet is not responsible for losses incurred while gambling on operator sites, for the accuracy of operator-supplied data, for downtime on third-party services we rely on, or for outcomes of any prediction or pick we publish. Where mandatory consumer-protection law applies (EU, UK, BR) it overrides these limitations.
Intellectual property
Editorial text, branding, layout and software on this site are owned by Goralbet or licensed to it. You may quote short extracts with a clear attribution and link back; please contact editorial@goralbet.com for any larger reuse.
Changes to these terms
We may update these terms. The date at the top reflects the last change. Material changes are flagged on the homepage banner for at least 14 days. Continued use after the effective date means you accept the update.
Governing law
These terms are governed by Irish law. Disputes will be heard in the courts of Ireland, except where mandatory consumer law in your home jurisdiction grants you the right to sue locally.
